It's Christmas 2011

Oh-My-Gosh! Well, Christmas 2011 has came and went. It was a very nice Christmas and very busy one as well. I thought this time I would blog a little different. I decided to post the pics from the day and add captions along the way. Hope you enjoy my posts and also wanted to wish you a Happy New Year!

Here I am making cookies to leave out for Santa. Oh, and eating icing along the way!

And of course, you have to lick the sprinkle top once you accidentally dip it in the icing.

MawMaw and I made Reindeer Food (dust) to put outside for Santa's Reindeer. See, it's Oats and Gold Sprinkles. Once it's mixed you sprinkle it in the lawn so the Reindeer can see it from the sky. They are sure to stop and bring Santa in for cookies and milk.

Here we are calling the Reindeer down to MawMaw and PawPaw's house!

Christmas Morning! Coming down the stairs.....

Oh My Gosh, I can't believe what Santa brought me!!! Big Candy, Thomas and his Friends and Big Trucks!

First thing I said on Christmas Morning once I saw my presents from Santa. "Did Santa eat his cookies and milk?" YES HE DID!!!!

Candy, first thing in the morning, I think "yes"!

Hanging out with PawPaw!

Daddy gets very excited opening his presents. He is silly!

PawPaw got some boots!

Daddy and I got matching Yankee Jackets!

MawMaw got a Kindle. She isn't sure how to work it though.

Drinking out of my new stack able cups.

Daddy got me some Lebron's, yeah buddy! "These are my basketball shoes". (How does this kid know these things?)

Oh yes they did! MawMaw and PawPaw ordered Daddy the Big Butt Book! Daddy and I will have fun with this book when I get older!

Reindeer Poop. Read the story, pretty funny!

Play Date with Alex and Lena

Alex and Lena came over tonight for a play date! We made more shirts and ate some yummy turkey spaghetti. Oh, then we got a fruit smoothie, yum! Lena and I love to run and play. We do have a few issues with sharing but Mommy and Alex don't put up with it for too long. Gosh, they ruin all the fun!

Family Hug December 18th, 2011

Today I asked Mommy and Daddy for a family hug. Not quite sure why but it just felt right. We hugged and smiled and hugged some more. Mommy and Daddy told me I am a very sweet son and they love me very much. I said "luz u" and took off to play basketball. Ok, the hug was kind of short lived but hey, what do you expect? I'm only 2!

Aiden's Basketball Game

Aiden (his daddy is Glen, mommy is Nakeya, and he has 2 sisters, Lexie and Mya) had a basketball game today, it was his last one for the season. He was named MVP last week so we had to go! I loved the game but I was more interested in where Lexie was. I have always been fond of the Austin Family but there is just something about Lexie. Now yes, she is a bit older than me but you can't help who you like. Oh, back on track....the game was fun, not sure who won but Aiden did get a nice medal after the game!

My Most Recents

It's been a long time since I updated you on where I am in life. Of course I let you know what I have been doing and show you photos of me in action but really, really? When was the last time you knew what I was really up to?

Well, here we go!

1) I am a big boy now! I FINALLY decided that Hulk, Mickey Mouse and Captain America underwear are way cooler than Cars Pullups.
2) I am an awesome talker now. I tell everything, I mean everything. I recently said "Miss Melissa took a picture of me with Christmas Lights on my shirt for Mommy and Daddy". Well, I wasn't supposed to tell but I figured, why not?
3) Bathing. I pretty much do it by myself now. I am an expert at washing my body and brushing my teeth.
4) I am pretty sassy. Well, extremely sassy. That's what Mommy & Daddy say. I like to think of it as being smart :)
5) I can count to 20. I can say my ABC's. I know lots of songs and I am such a helper at school and home with picking up.

That is it for now, there is sure more to mention but I am tired. I was asleep and remembered that I needed to jump online and make a couple posts. Thanks for catching up with me.

....and another one!

Shirts and DooJay

Mommy found a blog post from a co-worker and it was about t-shirts, paint and trains! I saw the post on her blog and said "Oh my gosh".  I was "so happy" to do this project. Mommy and I went to Wal-marts today and Hobby Lobby to buy supplies for our "project" with DooJay and Jenna. We bought all of our supplies and took them home.

When my friends DooJay (DJ) and Jenna got here, they brought the biggest pizza I have ever seen along with cookies and soda! Mommy and DooJay cut out the stencils and talked and talked. DooJay and I played basketball and cars. When they were ready we picked out our stencils and arranged them on our shirts. Mommy and Jenna took it from there. THEN, we ate. Next, time to paint!!! We used yellow, green and blue to paint our new shirts. Then we sat them outside to dry.

Finally!!! Cookie time. And more basketball and more cars and Thomas and more basketball. We had so much fun.

After Jenna and DooJay left I laid down on the couch and crashed! My shirt turned out great and I hope you like it too!

Festival of Trees 2011

We have never been to the Festival of Trees before. Mommy and Daddy thought it might be a good place to go this year. They THOUGHT I might like Santa. NO, I am telling you right now, I did not.

There were some very pretty trees there. Oh, there was a CHUGGA CHUGGA CHOO CHOO ALL ABOARD CHUGGA CHUGGA though! I even got to ride on it! Mommy did make me take my picture about 100 times too, just for our Christmas Cards. UGH. Well, they did turn out cute if you ask me, guess Mommy is right more often than I give her credit for.

At the end of the night Daddy wanted a Gingerbread Man Cookie with icing, BEFORE dinner, and Mommy didn't even stop us! We took a bite and enjoyed it sooo much that we devoured the whole entire Man!!! YUM! I am sure we will return again next year, even if it is just for some pictures, a spin on the Train and finishing the night off with some cookies.

Off to the Surface! (Circus)

The Shriners Surface (Circus) was in town and Mommy and Daddy decided to take me. I was so excited! When we were walking in I told Mommy "Pick me up, I'm freakin' out!!!". Mommy asked why. "Them's Clowns gonna get me". Well, them's clowns didn't get me but they sure were scary, oh, don't tell me you actually LIKE clowns.

We got there and I had to wait a long time to see anything fun. But once it got started there were flashing lights, flying women, dancing men, racing motorcycles, "two more monkeys jumpin' on his butt", and last but not least, cute elephants!

I have added some photos for you to see, I hope you enjoy our trip to the Surface as much as I did. I am still telling Mommy and Daddy that there were "two more monkeys jumpin' on his butt". If you wanna know more, just ask them, they'll tell ya!
