Well today is MLK's b-day so Mommy & Daddy were off of work and they decided to keep me home to spend the day with them. I have had a runny nose for a month now and the dr's finally agreed to see me (I could have gone forever without seeing them). So, I took an early nap today for only about an hour before I was well rested. I got ready to leave and go to the dr and didn't even fall asleep in the car! We got there and were told that I cannot see my dr, Barb Murray, b/c she is home sick, YUK! So, I got to see Dr Vlahos instead. I didn't care for new nurses and new doctors but mommy and I colored on the paper on the exam table, it was really fun, especially since the ONLY COLOR I will use now is BROWN, every picture I color is with my BROWN crayon!!! I got told my the Doctor that I have an early start to an ear infection in both ears so I get some yummy pink medicine that tastes like Bubble Gum! They said that the runny nose is not an infection and the only reason for it are the 8 new teeth that I have been getting over the past month! Well, we left the doctor after I got a car sticker and went to Wal-Mart across town, still I did NOT fall asleep. We shopped and shopped then left to go home, or so I thought, HERE WE COME FAMILY VIDEO and Oh yeah: to get my medicine! I couldn't hang on any longer, I ZONKED! Mommy brought me in the house and HELLO MICKEY MOUSE, "PWEESE" I said "PWEESE MICKEY MOUSE". YES! Mommy let me watch it!!! She cooked dinner then we ate, daddy could tell I was tired so he asked me if I wanted to take a bath, "NO", daddy said "Why??", I rolled over and curled up with my blanket and pillow on the couch and went to sleep....the end! (a side note from Mommy & Daddy: we can't ask for a better son! He loves going down for nap and bed, he loves his room. We must have done something right because he amazes us daily, We love you Q!)
